Buy.com introduces 45-day return policy
Buy.com announced that customers now have 45 days for product returns. This replaces Buy.com’s current industry-standard 30-day policy. Later this year, Buy.com will also offer 45-day returns as an option for its thousands of name-brand Marketplace partners.
